SocialUpper.com does not guarantee a delivery time for any service. Any completion time displayed or provided is an estimate. Orders that are still processing will not be refunded solely because they take longer than the estimate.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice. You are expected to review the current terms before placing an order.
SocialUpper.com rates may change at any time without prior notice. The applicable payment and refund policy remains in effect when rates change.
By purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted the service description, these Terms of Service and this refund policy.
Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time. Wait until the first order is Completed, Canceled or Partial. Otherwise, cancellation may not be possible and both orders may be marked Completed.
The system operates according to the recorded start count and marks an order Completed after the ordered quantity has been processed.
No refunds will be made to your original payment method after a deposit has been completed. Deposited funds cannot be reversed and must be used for orders placed through SocialUpper.com.
By completing a deposit, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against SocialUpper.com. If a dispute or chargeback is filed after a deposit, SocialUpper.com reserves the right to terminate all future orders and ban the related account.
Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment cards, will result in account termination. There are no exceptions.
